A good option for those who have followed a baby-led (feed on demand) approach to parenting and wishing to go back to work soon.
We can look at ways to achieve continued breastfeeding whilst going back to work and at ways to help baby sleep longer through the night.

I also offer a more involved role as sleep trainer, where I come to your home for 3/5/7 nights and implement a structured routine for your child using gentle techniques.
Strategies which are tailored to your specific needs are explained to you beforehand, so that you will understand everything that will happen.
I will NOT abandon your baby to cry-it-out, but will implement consistent methods in a calm manner so that your child understands what is expected.
Sleep problems are normally resolved within a week.
Once your child is sleeping through the night you will notice a significant change for the better in his behaviour, their concentration and his sleeping habits.
